OMG A RANDOM POST

Nobodies posted and I'm in a ranty mood so I thought I might just do it here.

Somebody posted this on facebook-"15 year old girl holds hands with her 1 year old son. People call her a "slut", no one knows she was raped at age 14. People call another guy "fat", no one knows he has a serious disease causing him to be overweight. People call an old man "ugly", no one knows he experienced a serious injury to his face while fighting for our country in the war. Re-post this if you are against bullying and stereotyping. I bet 88 of you won't,the other 22 aren't heartless and will.Hi, my name is Amy Bruce. I am 7 years old, and I have severe lung cancer . I also have a large tumor in my brain, from repeated beatings. Doctors say I will die soon if this isn't fixed, and my family can't pay the bills. The Make A Wish Foundation, has agreed to donate 7 cents for every time this message is sent on. For those of you who send this along, I thank you so much, but for those who don't send it, what goes around comes around. Have a Heart. Put this as your status♥♥."

What a load of bollocks.
(mostly the second half)

Amy Bruce does not exist, she does not have "severe lung cancer" as she is probably not a chain smoker. She dosen't have a large tumor in her brain because I'm pretty sure you cant get those from being beaten up.

The worst part is that "she" says that "The Make A Wish Foundation, has agreed to donate 7 cents for every time this message is sent on. For those of you who send this along" THE MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION DOES NOT BASE IT'S DONATIONS ON FUCKING FACEBOOK STATUS' IT DOSEN'T EVEN MAKE DONATIONS IT MAKES WISHES. GAAARGHH (Giant squid of anger)

The person who made this is some absolute complete and utter saddo who wants to feel good about themselves. Who have got low self esteem and find pleasure that people feel pressured to pass on the status that they made about something that doesn't exist.

You guys probably already appreciated everything said in this post but it was nice to say it.

Topic #27 - Georgia :?

Heyheyhey,
Fresh start, eh? I hope we can all post.

Surprises. I like surprises. Generally.
Well good surprises anyway, but I suppose that bad surprises help us learn and build character (yep, really said that) and stuff like that.
A good surprise to me could be winning a race because the person in the lead falls or gets disqualified so I'm put  into the A Final - Great example because it makes great sense...but I can't think of much else :L

'Don't expect too much, because It's nicer to feel happy and surprised than disappointed'  -  I like that quote, although you can't really live by it as such I don't think, because your whole life could be a failure and you might not really notice or be too fussed, but it's useful sometimes :)

I hope this blog doesn't fail...again.

A bad surprise, realising you failed an exam you were sure you had passed...
Stepping in dog 'mess' or being pooed on by a bird...
Capsizing a boat...
You get my drift.

Topic #27 : Suprises - Joe XD

Yeah, sorry for the lateness.

I think my biggest surprise recently was getting a B in spanish, seeing as before the exams my mark totaled to like one mark above a C. A slightly less good surprise was swapping sides of the year (no offense Georgia) at the beginning of the year.

I tend to not get many surprises in my life to be honest. I will say that I will be surprised if the blog doesn't succeed because OBVIOUSLY everyone is going to put in 100% effort and not leaving it to the last minute while sitting on the floor or the lounge with a laptop whilst watching Would I Lie To You at 9:50 on a Friday night.

I thought it would be fun to look up a definition for the word "Suprise". I like this line:- to come upon or discover suddenly and unexpectedly: We surprised the children raiding the cookie jar.

Which brings me to the point that i enjoy surprising other people, especially my older sister (who is currently living in the heart of the amazon rainforest - http://alex-in-iquitos.blogspot.com/) I find something really satisfying about the scream you get as you jump out from behind the bathroom door at like 12 at night. That just me?

Topic #17: Surprises - Jack :]

Now, this will most probably be my last post as I am handing over to the more capable hands of Isaac, but, the child doesn't know how to create a post, so I'm here for now. But for no longer than now.

Right, surprises, many things surprise me, like, me blogging again, and how difficult GCSE's are gonna be.

Moving on,
there are good surprises and bad surprises, the good surprises are good, and the bad surprises are bad,

I've decided to set a challenge to the rest of the bloggers on this blog...maybe it can be my legacy thing that everyone decides to do every week, who knows

We're not going to post for a while because it's kind of failing and it's the six weeks holidays so it's kind of hard to enforce the posting....

But don't worry, we're going to start again in September, week beginning 13/9/11 :D

PS. It'll be Jack's turn to pick a topic then which is kind of apt as he was first the first time and now he'll be first the second time :D

Topic #20: Games/Gaming - Geo :?

Hey :)

Ciara is right, everyone plays games of some sort. Whether it be a video game like COD Black Ops or a skilful game to see how many cod fish you can catch with a friend (not as the bait, as company, heheh) Or a game of strength like a Tug 'O' War, like at the barbecue today we had Tug 'O' War games, we also had this circus thing and there were unicycles and stilts and diablos amongst other funny things that are a great way of humiliating your lack of balance etc. in front of people :)

I guess there's not loaddsss to write about this topic but yeah, games are fun and they must have gone back for thousands of years otherwise the Olympics and pretty much all competitive sports and sports events wouldn't exist? Also, without games we would all be bored. A lot of our hobbies today wouldn't be around, either.

Topic #20: Games/Gaming - Joe XD

Yeah sorry for the extreme lateness of this post, sorry. For all intensive purposes im going to treat this topic as gaming.I like video games, alot. At the moment my current favorite game would have to be minecraft. A games composed entirely of cubes where you can hit the cubes and pick them up and place them somewhere else, yes it is very fun.

Yeah there is obviously more to it than that but my point is it is not particularly complicated and it was made by one guy, probably in his office or bedroom, who hardly put any money into it and is now very very very very rich.

Yeah, I do sometimes play COD Black Ops on my Xbox but I'm not a 'sweat',well... maybe.

People say that violent games desensitise people and turn them into vegetables addicted to the Xbox. I think this is easy to avoid, however, if you can tell the difference between real life and virtual life. which brings me to another point, people who can't tell that difference and who dont have any real friends. Click Here to see somone who I think finds that hard (also think that he has some kind of mental disorder sooo... yeah)

There was like another paragraph but when i tried to post it went funny and all it had saved was that ^ and I cannot be bothered to remember what I wrote, somthing to do with on online community on youtube but oh well.

Soz for the lateness but better than not posting at all, right?
